What is the difference between the Admin and User account?
Each Sign.net business plan comes with 1 administrator account and 1 user account. The administrator account will have the overriding rights to manage the organisation and files, and will retain the documents when a user leaves the organisation.
Do my recipients need a Sign.net account to sign a document?
No they don't. Recipients can view and sign documents on any web browser by clicking on the document signing email.  

Billing

What happens after the 45-day trial?
Your credit card will be automatically charged after the trial period ends.
Will my monthly subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes, your monthly subscription will automatically renew on the last day of your subscription period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, simply email us at help@ sign.net to cancel your account. We will reply within 72 hours.
